National Safety Board certified safety professional with over 23 years in retail safety and compliance. Responsible for managing health and safety programs for the world’s largest retailer including 5000 domestic retail facilities. International experience includes health and safety compliance covering 26 countries and 6200 retail facilities.
Retail industry safety expertise is based on the functional responsibility for safety, including worker and customer injury prevention, fleet safety, fire protection, OSHA and fire code compliance. Also held leadership positions in retail industry trade association and National Safety Council retail safety groups. Legal case review experience includes over 45 case evaluations as an safety expert and prior to 2015, being a fact witness or company representative in 80+ depositions and 9 court trials primarily involving premises liability and product safety cases.
